A Connoisseur of fine soul music, West Bromwich born  PJ  has been spinning soulful goodness for some time. From Dwele to Cameo, from Jill Scott to Maze, and from Erykah Badu to Anita Baker, no soulful stone is left unturned. PJ has been into Soul Music for as long as he can remember, first getting the soul bug in the early 1980’s after discovering Robbie Vincent’s legendary Soul Show on Radio 1, then sampling break beats in a college hip hop group, moving in to radio in the early 2000’s.

Soul Intimacy covers the disco sound of the late 70’s, the electro soul / funk of the 80’s, the new jack swing of the 90’s and the nu soul sound up to the present day. PJ has met, interviewed or worked with Jocelyn Brown, James Ingram, Sybil, Terri Walker, Tashan, Beverley Knight, Jaki Graham, Lamont Dozier and Valarie Adams to name but a few.
