Carlton started in radio in the 80s introduce to it by his good friend Mikey B (Michael Bussue) who was a presenter on P C R L radio Birmingham. Carlton has work on several stations in Birmingham ENTERPRISE RADIO, BUZZ FM NEWSTYLE RADIO and RADIO SANDWELL. Throughout the 80s to late 2000 Carlton was a resident DJ at F C F SOCIAL CLUB. Carlton currently presents THIS IS REGGAE MUSIC on Big City Radio twice a week Sunday 4-6pm and Thursday 7-9pm And THE VERY BEST MUSIC MIX Friday 9-11pm Carlton enjoys all types of music but his number one choice is reggae music.

Catch Glyn for Silky Soul 6-8pm on Saturday evening, and The A - Z Of Soul on Tuesday evenings 9-10pm Glyn’s career as a DJ started at 7 years of age on his brother’s mobile disco. From 13 he was working in night clubs and in 1994 started the 9th RSL Community radio station in the UK ‘Valley Radio’ before becoming sales director for Amber Sound FM. During his 4 years at Amber Sound FM he presented The Breakfast Show, Drive Time and his favourite show The Soul Show which started in 1994. In 1997 Glyn began the ‘Soultastic’ Soul Club based at Alfreton Leisure Centre in Derbyshire UK attracting up to 800 soul lovers every month at the regular monthly soul nights. During the late 70’s Glyn was a regular attendee at The Wigan Casino and lots of other soul all-nighters across the country. Glyn’s taste is very wide and with a huge collection of both northern soul and more modern tunes.

TC Shore became a DJ in 1981, he got into radio via Birmingham’s first pirate radio station P.C.R.L in 1984/85. TC then move onto mainstream radio with stations such as Choice FM Birmingham, Sandwell Radio and New style radio. TC’s love of music started with reggae music and then he became hooked on Chicago house music in the early 90s and then mixed it up with RnB, soul and funk. The sports connection show is a combination of his love for all sports, great music and entertaining our listener with the best party anthems and Old skool classics. TC’s moto in life is simple, “enjoy every day of life, as never know what is around the corner”.

With over three and a half decades of broadcasting experience, The Gman can honestly say those famous words "Been there - Seen That - Done That " having started radio broadcasting in his mid-teens under the mentorship of then BBC Radio WM broadcaster DES MITCHELL, Gman gradually became a broadcaster within his own right quickly earning popularity across the region. The period with Radio WM lasted for many great years. In the following years Gman’s path took him through several local radio stations, Until he found home with one of the pioneers of community radio, NEW STYLE RADIO based in Birmingham, He took the post of breakfast presenter, broadcasting five days a week every weekday morning from 7am till 10am. This position won him local, national, and international acclaim. Having delivered many great interviews with many of the world’s superstars, he quickly became the go to guy for breaking exclusives live on air. Now to the present, The Home of the Greats BIG CITY RADIO is now the new home of “The Gman” delivering the usual and unusual manic two hour radio show “Thank God It’s Saturday” which airs every Saturday between 2pm and 4pm. Although Paul has Retired from commercially DJing his love for this Era and the music has never gone away. Paul Kazam is a Personality Radio Presenter, Providing professional and Entertaining radio Shows both here in the UK and Abroad, Paul Specialises in 80's and 90's with Club Classics and a very popular 80's Chart Show, he also presents a very successful daily 80's Drivetime show.
